  They may be nice guys and sweet talkers but when they're busy they simply don't care about new clients.
  
  After waiting for a quote for over a month which we never received, we ended up going elsewhere. I called the owner Edie to give them another chance and asked why after over a month and extensive follow ups and promises from their staff saying tomorrow, next week, this afternoon etc. etc. and still no quote and if they can't send the quote soon let us know so we can hire another company and he said he's busy and to take my business elsewhere and simply hung up on my face. I was shocked! This is the first time I ever speak to them as I had the agent doing all the work directly on my behalf.
  
  They wasted over a month of our time, we should’ve had the door installed within a week max.
  
  This just shows they are making plenty of money and can afford to upset and inconvenience people but they don’t realise this sort of attitude will cost them clients in the long run.
  
  The strange thing is that they already attended the property and took the necessary measurements but never managed to invest 2 more minutes to prepare a simple quote… very silly management indeed.
  
  If they can’t provide a simple quote, you can just imagine the type of service you will get afterwards. So be wary!
